You will guide the team to meet program goals, maintain timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate resources for courses and outreach. Responsibilities include recruiting standardized patients, developing materials, overseeing data related to simulated exams, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education: Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum required experience: 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines for deliverables.
• Develop and manage the program budget.
• Schedule people, materials, and campus resources for courses.
• Recruit Standardized Patients and train program staff.
• Coordinate development of program materials and reports.
• Oversee data collection and dissemination of simulated exam results.
• Develop and maintain databases and files for the program.
• Organise meetings, site visits, and events.
• Coordinate program outreach with community and academic partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and report progress to stakeholders.
