Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a capable program administrator to manage a campus-wide educational program under the direction of the Administrator and Regional Campus Associate Dean for Clinical Learning. You will guide a team to achieve program goals and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.

The role involves budgeting, scheduling, recruitment of standardized patients, and coordinating materials and outreach activities with external and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus program timeline with deadlines.
• Develop and manage program budget and resources.
• Schedule courses, people, and campus resources.
• Recruit Standardized Patients and train staff.
• Coordinate development of program materials and reports.
• Oversee data collection and dissemination for simulated exams.
• Maintain databases and files for the program.
• Organize meetings, site visits, and events.
• Oversee training for students and participants.
• Coordinate outreach with community and academic partners.
• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to program resources and committees.
