Job summary

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) is seeking an Assoc. Program Manager, Activity Management to provide strategic oversight for education activities, including face-to-face and online formats.

You will partner with clinicians, internal teams, and external partners to ensure compliant, high-quality educational offerings across formats. You will lead a team of staff and vendors, develop timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in project management or education activity development.
• Experience coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience managing large national meetings (200+ attendees).
• Experience delivering online education via LMS or online platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product or grant manager to intake activity requirements and provide implementation status updates.
• Lead staff and vendors implementing educational activities using project management strategies.
• Develop and manage activity timelines with milestones.
• Schedule and facilitate internal team and faculty meetings with agendas/minutes.
• Coordinate with multiple internal divisions to ensure successful activity implementation.
• Develop learning objectives and activity designs aligned with adult learning principles.
