Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive growth in the US market. You will meet with customers, demonstrate Merit products, and develop long-term relationships while meeting sales targets.

The role requires frequent travel and fluency in French and English. The candidate should have a related Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of direct sales experience, preferably in medical devices, with strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling medical devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in French & English) with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.
• A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analysing a problem.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales target, increases market share and profitability.
• Presents and demonstrates Merit products to customers and explains benefits.
• Travels to meet customers and accounts to build relationships.
• Maintains contacts with customers to monitor satisfaction and provide solutions.
• Enters and follows up sales opportunities in the CRM and submits pricing contracts.
