Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to present and sell Merit products to new and existing accounts.

You will conduct in-service presentations to clinicians, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with marketing and sales staff to ensure timely product delivery. The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of medical product sales, outstanding communication, the ability to travel extensively, and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum three years of direct medical product sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work long hours.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills with spreadsheets and databases.
• Team player with high motivation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Sell Merit products to new and existing accounts and follow up with these customers to confirm that products delivered meet their needs.
• Make in-service presentations to clinicians to explain new products and their use.
• Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Coordinate with Merit marketing and sales staff to ensure timely delivery and gather customer feedback.
• Prepare pricing contracts and submit them to clients.
• Prepare monthly sales reports detailing results and opportunities.
• Participate in sales training and planning meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of Merit and competitor products and advantages.
