Job summary

BD is seeking a field-based sales professional to attain territory goals and grow current accounts in the medical device sector. You will train surgeons and OR teams on BD products, provide on-site support during procedures, and manage customer relationships across hospitals and facilities in the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% to meet physicians and facility needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years general sales experience, medical sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attaining sales goals established by the Company within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services on product use to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures and training for physicians and hospital staff.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies; travel as required.
