Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a results-driven Associate Territory Representative to build a new medical device sales territory in Florida, calling on outpatient clinics in urology and urogynecology. This hunter role requires prospecting, clinical messaging taught by us, and a strong drive to convert conversations into prescriptions.

You will own a territory, manage a robust pipeline, and work toward a clear path to Territory Manager roles, with compensation reflecting performance and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits and clinical value.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline and maintain CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations, with follow-up.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget to operate like a business.
