Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to break into medical device sales. This field-based hunter role targets outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building prescribing relationships with physicians and care teams.

You will develop a territory from scratch, call on clinicians, demonstrate products, and drive prescription growth while managing a data-driven pipeline and meeting activity targets. Travel daily to the assigned geography is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics within the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, NPs, PAs and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data and activity tracking.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demos, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expense budget.
