Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in a field-based, hunter role. You will build a territory by prospecting outpatient clinics, educating staff, and driving prescriptions while managing a sales pipeline and territory budget.

Ideal candidates bring a proven B2B sales background, a drive to exceed quotas, and strong communication with clinicians. Training is provided to develop clinical messaging and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
