Job summary

IQVIA seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in outpatient urology and urogynecology. You will hunt new accounts, educate clinicians, and drive prescription growth in a defined territory.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one through disciplined prospecting and strong clinical messaging. You will be measured on meeting quotas, pipeline development, and revenue targets, with a clear path to Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience at firms with strong sales training is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your territory.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage territory like a business.
