Job summary

IQVIA in partnership with a Medtech client is building a team of Associate Territory Representatives. This entry point into medical device sales targets outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics, building relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
