Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career. You will hunt in outpatient urology clinics, educate clinicians, and drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will build your own territory with field-based prospecting and CRM-tracked activity. You will progress from hunter to Territory Manager as you meet targets and demonstrate leadership, with a strong entry point into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement preferred.
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and persistence.
• Coachable, competitive, and able to own numbers.
• Strong verbal communication with physicians and clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate the territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
