Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of pelvic and gastrointestinal care products across offices, hospitals, and ambulatory centers in a defined Baltimore territory. You will present, demonstrate, and service Laborie offerings to grow market share and meet quotas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in medical device sales, with strong communication, planning, and independence to manage relationships and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in medical device or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with advanced presentation ability.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade others.
• Ability to work independently with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects to achieve targets.
• Support and advise physicians on correct use of Laborie products and resolve concerns.
• Demonstrate the use of sales tools to develop real prospects and hit targets.
• Present brand value propositions and solutions to penetrate accounts.
