Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 1+ years in medical device or B2B healthcare sales.
• Understanding of hospital value analysis, contracting workflows, and reimbursement dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and operate in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day territory activities: coverage, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and in-servicing in hospital MCH settings.
• Deliver approved product education with TMs and Clinical Educators; support early case coverage and pilots/launches.
• Contribute to utilization growth and account expansion by increasing clinical confidence and responsiveness in the field.
• Meet or exceed quota/targets while building competencies in hospital selling dynamics and value messaging.
• Maintain CRM documentation and comply with quality requirements; prepare for Territory Manager role.
