Job summary

Laborie in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager - Clinic to sell urology products in office and clinic settings within the Phoenix area. You will drive revenue, present proposals, and manage relationships with hospital-owned, LUGPA-owned, or private practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional related experience accepted.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
• Certification and credentialed to access all applicable accounts within the assigned geography.
• Strong ability to spot business opportunities and persuade others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter and independent with high time-management skills.
• Agility and problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting budgets through effective sales strategies and account penetration.
• Client Engagement & Business Development: Present and sell LABORIE products and services, identify prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Product Expertise & Support: Advise physicians on proper product use, deliver technical support, and organize in-service training for stakeholders.
• Territory & Pipeline Management: Develop action plans, manage CRM reporting, and prepare status reports including activity, closings, and forecasts.
• Relationship Building & Feedback: Resolve client concerns, communicate new opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to ensure closures.
