Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to start a career in medical device sales. This is a pure hunter role in outpatient clinics, building relationships with physicians and staff to drive prescriptions of catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You don’t inherit a book of business—you build one. With 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of quota achievement, you’ll receive our training and have a clear path to Territory

Qualifications

• A track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget.
