IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is building a team of Associate Territory Managers in Jacksonville, FL. This entry-point role targets outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, with no inherited book of business and a pure hunter approach to drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You’ll prospect daily, educate physicians and clinical staff, manage a territory pipeline, and exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical/patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage the expense budget.
