Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, is recruiting an Associate Territory Representative. This entry point into medical device sales focuses on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, teaching you the clinical side while you build a prescribing relationship with clinicians.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will create one through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging. A clear path exists to Territory Manager roles for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
