Job summary

IQVIA is hiring an Associate Territory Representative to build a field-based medical device sales career. You will prospect clinics, educate staff, and drive new prescription volume in urology and related specialties. This is a pure hunter role with a clear path to Territory Manager and beyond.

You will not inherit a book; you will build one. Expect active prospecting, high call volume, and disciplined execution in healthcare sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
