Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in outpatient urology and urogynecology. You will build your own territory, prospect daily, and drive prescriptions with clinicians and clinic staff.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, strong work ethic, and coaching to develop clinical messaging and sales skills in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
