Job summary

Career Search International is partnering with a growing medical device startup in the United States to launch first-in-class, noninvasive technology. The sales leader will open hospital accounts, build physician relationships, and drive adoption of a new treatment platform.

Territories may require overnight travel as the business scales. Early hires can vest stock options with significant upside as earnings grow toward $500k+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Track record of opening accounts and generating new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and move complex deals forward.
• Competitive, resourceful, and motivated to build a territory.
• Healthcare sales experience is valuable; capital experience is not required.

About the Opportunity

The company is looking for a driven sales professional to open hospital accounts, build physician relationships, and grow adoption of a new treatment platform.

There’s an opportunity to build a territory early, earn stock options, and significantly increase earnings as the business grows!

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new hospital accounts.
• Develop physician champions and communicate the clinical and financial value.

Compensation

• $120K base plus $140K commission at plan ($260K total). Good reps will make $300k-$400k top reps $500k plus

Territories will require some overnight travel.
