Job summary

Career Search International in California is seeking a driven sales professional to open hospital accounts, build physician relationships, and grow adoption of a first-in-class, noninvasive treatment platform.

This field-based role offers a base salary, substantial commissions, and stock options. You will develop territory, engage multiple hospital decision-makers, and travel overnight as needed to close deals and drive volume with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Track record of opening hospital accounts and generating new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and move complex deals forward.
• Competitive, resourceful, and motivated to build a territory.
• Healthcare sales experience is valuable; capital experience is not required.

The company is looking for a driven sales professional to open hospital accounts, build physician relationships, and grow adoption of a new treatment platform.

There’s an opportunity to build a territory early, earn stock options, and significantly increase earnings as the business grows!

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new hospital accounts.
• Develop physician champions and communicate the clinical and financial value.
• Work with hospital leadership, finance, value analysis, and purchasing.
• Run a disciplined sales process with strong discovery, clear next steps, and consistent follow-through.
• Close new business and partner with clinical support to grow procedure volume.

Compensation

• $120K base plus $140K commission at plan ($260K total). Good reps will make $300k-$400k top reps $500k plus

Territories will require some overnight travel.
