Career Search International is partnering with a growing medical device startup in the United States to launch first-in-class, noninvasive technology. The sales leader will open hospital accounts, build physician relationships, and drive adoption of a new treatment platform.

Territories may require overnight travel as the business scales. Early hires can vest stock options with significant upside as earnings grow toward $500k+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Track record of opening accounts and generating new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and move complex deals forward.
• Competitive, resourceful, and motivated to build a territory.
• Healthcare sales experience is valuable; capital experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new hospital accounts.
• Develop physician champions and communicate clinical and financial value.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, finance, value analysis, and purchasing.
• Run a disciplined sales process with discovery, next steps, and follow-through.
• Close new business and partner with clinical support to grow procedure volume.
