Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in outpatient clinics. This pure hunter role has you building your own territory, educating clinicians, and driving prescription volume without a pre-existing book of business.

You don’t need clinical experience—just a proven, metrics-driven sales background, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel daily. Base pay $55k–$60k with uncapped bonuses and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience at companies with strong sales training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics in the assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within accounts.
• Build territory pipeline and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations; follow up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget effectively.
