Rep-Lite is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Grand Rapids / Kalamazoo, Michigan, to begin a career in medical device sales. You will work with experienced Territory Managers to build physician relationships, support clinical customers, and grow the business across your assigned territory.

The role targets high-potential professionals with grit and a desire to become Territory Managers, offering structured training, mentorship, and a clear path into medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, B2B outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate healthcare providers on innovative diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while becoming a trusted resource for customers.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
