Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in optical connectivity, photonics, or medical devices in B2B markets.
• Proven ability to present technical or commercial solutions to leaders.
• Willing to travel ~50% and negotiate pricing/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for optical connectivity in the medical market.
• Build relationships with medical-device manufacturers to identify needs and revenue opportunities.
• Lead consultative engagements: presentations, value propositions, proposals, proof-of-concept activities, and negotiations.
• Partner with sales to advance target accounts, support design-in, and convert opportunities to revenue.
• Translate customer and market insights into input for Product Management and Engineering for future needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define target customer profiles and support events and campaigns.
• Monitor market and competitors to refine priorities and growth strategies.
