Ferno-Washington, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices at customer sites. The role requires strong customer service, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work in clinical environments.

Responsibilities include on-site testing, preventive maintenance, and training staff on device operation. Frequent travel within the service territory is expected, with up-to-date documentation and safety compliance emphasized.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of field service or medical device support experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices, diagnose issues, and resolve quickly.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Train clinical staff and end-users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain service documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with 3rd party resources when needed.
