Ferno is seeking a Field Service Representative for medical devices in the Seattle area. You will install, calibrate, and service medical equipment at customer sites, with significant travel and on-call support as needed to ensure optimal device performance.

You will troubleshoot, train staff, and maintain thorough service documentation while upholding FDA/ISO standards and safety policies. A technical background and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of field service or medical device support experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities per company standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices, diagnose issues, and resolve promptly.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Train clinical staff and end-users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain service documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards (FDA, ISO).
• Manage service territory: scheduling visits, responding to requests, coordinating with 3rd parties.
