Formación

• 2–5 years of field service, medical device support, or related technical role.
• Degree preferred in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities per standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices; diagnose technical issues and resolve promptly.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Train clinical staff and end-users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain service documentation: reports, logs, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and company policies.
