Job summary

Ferno is seeking a Field Service Representative for Western PA to install, calibrate, and service medical devices at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train clinical staff on equipment operation, ensuring safe and effective use.

Travel up to 75% or more within assigned territory is required, with on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals. A Biomedical/Electrical Engineering degree is preferred, with 2–5 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in field service, medical device support, or a related technical role.
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities per company standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices, diagnosing issues and resolving them promptly.
