This role requires travel up to 75%, on-site and remote support, and training clinical staff. A biomedical or related engineering background plus 2–5 years in field service is preferred; CBET or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in field service or medical device support.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in clinical environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices, diagnosing issues promptly.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Train clinical staff and end-users on equipment operation.
• Maintain service documentation and regulatory records.
• Coordinate with 3rd party resources as needed.
• Identify opportunities for service contract renewals or upgrades.
