Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States. You will work with an on-site team, coordinating hardware, software, and network configurations while supporting leadership on technical initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field technical roles, strong communication, and the ability to travel 1–3 weeks onsite with a flexible, part-time schedule. Some positions require driving and vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience.
• 3+ years in field tech role with focus on hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, or IT is preferred.
• Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
• Run routine checks and log data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
