Job summary

Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative promotes and sells Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software across the territory. You drive revenue growth, build trusted relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

Educating and training surgeons and staff on product use, care, and maintenance is essential. You will leverage CRM tools to create growth strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B or medical device sales experience with quotas.
• Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies in the assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by delivering excellent service and building partnerships.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on device use, care, and maintenance.
• Use CRM to analyze performance and develop growth plans; collaborate with regional team.
