Job summary

Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative promotes medical device solutions, including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software, to drive revenue growth and build relationships with surgeons and operating room staff.

This field-based role involves travel, product demonstrations in ORs and offices, and close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to meet targets and deliver excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in B2B or medical device sales.
• Experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing new opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts with excellent service.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office, demonstrating value.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance.
• Analyze sales data using CRM to develop growth plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.
