Stryker is seeking a Field-based Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to promote and sell medical device solutions, including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software. You will drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

Responsibilities include targeting new business, expanding existing accounts, conducting product evaluations in OR/office settings, and training clinical staff on product

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of B2B or medical device sales experience.
• Experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, demonstrating value of products.
• Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on product use, care, and maintenance.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams on wins, insights, and challenges.
• Provide exceptional customer support during procedures and be on-call for urgent needs.
