Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to promote and sell our spine, cranial navigation, imaging systems, and planning software solutions across the territory. You will drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

You will educate clinicians, conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, and use CRM tools to analyze performance and shape growth strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
• Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the use, care, and maintenance of Stryker's Enabling Technologies products.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to share wins, insights, and challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures and be on-call to meet urgent needs.
