Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to drive revenue, build customer relationships, and support surgical teams. You will promote Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Planning Software, delivering value in a high-performance environment.

You will educate clinicians, conduct product evaluations, and analyze territory data using CRM to inform growth plans. Travel is required within the territory and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building partnerships.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, demonstrating value of Stryker products.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on use and maintenance of Enabling Technologies products.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM to develop growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to share wins and insights.
• Provide exceptional customer support during procedures and be on-call for urgent needs.
