Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to promote medical device solutions including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting surgical teams in the operating room.

You will identify opportunities, qualify and close new business, manage current accounts, train clinicians, and use CRM data to develop growth plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of B2B or medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies in OR and clinical settings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and grow existing accounts.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance.
• Analyze territory performance and plan growth with CRM data.
• Provide exceptional customer support during procedures and on-call.
