Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to promote and sell medical device solutions, including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software. Drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, conduct product demonstrations in OR/office settings, and train staff on device usage while leveraging CRM data to shape growth strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies products to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers; deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings; train clinicians on usage and maintenance.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to guide growth plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams; provide updates and insights.
• Provide exceptional customer support during procedures and be available for urgent needs.
