Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Enabling Technologies in Helena. You will own and grow a territory by promoting navigation, imaging, and surgical planning tech to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare teams, combining medical device sales with education and procedural support.

You will train staff, conduct demonstrations, build customer relationships, and analyze territory performance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with leadership, military, or high-performance background and interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales or B2B/territory-based selling with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers and manage accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in operating room, procedural, and clinical environments.
• Train surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and urgent customer support.
• Analyze territory performance, customer activity, market trends, and sales data for growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to communicate needs and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, forecasts, and territory activities.
