Stryker in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth alongside experienced sales colleagues, engaging with healthcare professionals and operating room teams to introduce interventional spine products.

You will assist with product evaluations, customer training, and account management across clinical settings, travel across the territory, and ongoing education to build a foundation for a long-term career in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsabilités

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff for correct usage.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and aid reporting.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify opportunities and support account development.
