Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the Fort Myers, FL area to join our Interventional Spine team. This field-based role partners with an experienced Sales Representative to support healthcare accounts, assist with procedures, and drive territory growth.

You will engage with surgeons and staff, manage inventory, and participate in product trainings to enable informed decision-making and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• 1+ year of outside sales or field sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, and staff for proper use and positive experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development.
