Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and customer engagement across medical settings. You will work with experienced sales reps to assist with accounts, clinical procedures, and product evaluations, building a foundation for a long-term career in medical technology.

This field-based role offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management, with compensation that includes base, commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
