Job summary

Associate Sales Representative in the West Palm Beach, FL area with Stryker’s Interventional Spine IVS portfolio. This field-based role supports account management, clinical procedures, and territory growth while exposing you to OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.

You will work with experienced reps to build skills in product education for surgeons and healthcare staff, manage inventory, and support reporting across a defined Florida territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth through sales activities and account management.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures.
• Educate surgeons and healthcare staff on product use.
• Manage inventory levels and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities.
• Participate in product training to apply technical knowledge.
