Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement. You will help with clinical procedures, product evaluations, and education for surgeons and healthcare staff across ORs and clinical settings.

The role provides exposure to medical device sales, anatomy, and territory development, with training and mentorship from experienced peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Experience in outside sales preferred.
• Exposure to medical device or healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
