Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the West Palm Beach area. This field-based role supports healthcare professionals, assists with clinical procedures, and helps grow the assigned territory in collaboration with experienced Sales Representatives.

You will engage with surgeons, nurses, and staff, manage product availability, and participate in product training to drive customer education and success in various settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Aufgaben

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in ORs, offices, and procedural settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure proper use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and reporting requirements; maintain account information.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and support account development.
• Participate in product training to apply clinical knowledge for customer education.
