Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth in a field-based role.

You will gain exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development with a global leader in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Preferred: 1+ year of outside sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
