Job summary

Us Med- Equip in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Delivery Technician with strong customer service to join our life-saving healthcare team. You will load, transport, and deliver essential medical equipment to hospitals, coordinating with operations and the sales team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

This role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs, and flexibility to work multiple shifts including on-call.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Comfort with lifting and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and other teams on orders and deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

QualificationsPreferred Education
