Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking a Delivery Technician / Customer Service Representative to join our Fresno team. You will load and transport life-saving medical equipment, collaborate with sales and operations, and ensure timely deliveries to hospital partners.

A valid driver's license and a High School diploma are required. The role requires excellent customer service, ability to read and respond to equipment needs, and the capacity to work with multiple teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life‑saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on‑call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
