Job summary

US Med-Equip is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, and service activities. You will work closely with operations and the sales team to ensure smooth execution and responsive service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage a company portal for orders and maintenance, and the physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs. On-site work in Fort Myers, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
